Scholarship Opportunities

TEDC Scholarship Program

The TEDC Scholarship Program is designed to provide continuing educational opportunities for members who are professionals in economic development. During 1989, the board of directors voted to establish a trust account to fund the TEDC Scholarship Program. Interest from the invested money provides two scholarships, awarded twice a year. As the account grows, we plan to increase the number of scholarships. The scholarships are to be applied to tuition/registration fees only for economic development education. Selection of scholarship recipients is made by the TEDC board. Solicitations for applications will be taken twice a year with recipients being announced at our fall and spring conferences.
